Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Amon Amarth!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Edson Gomes and Seu Braga.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Storm tries to land a front kick but Amarth steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Storm scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Storm pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Amarth back to the cage. Storm follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Storm uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Amarth.
Amarth lands a glancing blow to the side of Storm's head.
Storm throws a jab but it's blocked by Amarth.
Amarth tries to bum rush Storm with a series of wild strikes but Storm uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

and Amarth counters with a left and a right that stings Storm.
Amarth moves out of range of the body kick.
Storm looks to score with a jab to the body but Amarth is just out of range.
Amarth is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Amarth is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Amarth will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Amarth dives in and grabs Storm's left leg, looking for a takedown. Storm pushes down on Amarth's head and hops out.

Amarth fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Storm avoids it really well and circles away.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Storm is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Amarth digs a right hand into Storm's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Storm's gas tank.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Amon Amarth hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Storm cracks Amarth with a good jab.

and Amarth takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Storm tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Amarth was well out of range. Poor timing from Storm.

Storm shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Amarth eats them both and turns towards Storm to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Storm can't keep his opponent in guard - Amarth advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Storm is fighting to break Amarth's control of his arms but Amarth is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Amarth takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Storm connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
