Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Nick Quick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bishop Deacon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Quick might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to stereoside - my ife. Nick Quick has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Matheus Silva and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Deacon lands a right hook to the body.
Decent striking displayed by Deacon there.
Deacon scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
A head kick by Quick misses
and Deacon cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Nick Quick has been cut.
Deacon throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Quick on the side of the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Deacon bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Quick's head.
Quick is rocked!
Deacon with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Quick avoids the body shot from Deacon.
Deacon scores with a body shot.
Quick is breathing heavily.
Deacon lands a nice hook to Quick's body. Quick takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Deacon thuds a left hand into Quick's body.
Deacon connects with a jab.
Deacon lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Quick at a distance.
Deacon darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Oh Quick is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Deacon ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Quick seems to have got his legs back now.
Deacon throws a nice inside leg kick.
Deacon lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Deacon cracks Quick with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Deacon has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Quick to stand back up!
Nick Quick's cut is getting worse.
Deacon lands a leg kick that knocks Quick off balance momentarily.
Deacon fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Deacon moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Quick! Deacon continues to tee off on Quick, landing with a left and a right! Deacon connects with a right hand that leaves Quick sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Deacon!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Bishop Deacon!
