Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chuck Mason (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yoh Asakura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Asakura has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Chuck Mason could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Yoh Asakura's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Asakura leaves Mason with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Asakura rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Mason moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Mason shoots in looking for a takedown but Asakura manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Mason's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Mason tightens his grip and picks Asakura up, before dumping him to the ground. Asakura manages to land in guard.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Mason, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
