Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bubba McFly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lex Luger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think McFly might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Metallica - All Nightmare Long. Luger comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Real American kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Lex Luger has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

McFly tries to land a front kick but Luger steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
McFly works over Luger's head and body with a nice combination.

Luger thows a body shot but no joy.
Luger swings for the body but McFly moves out of range.
McFly tries to close the distance and clinch but Luger swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
McFly misses with a body shot
and Luger counters with a nice double leg into side control. McFly won't be happy with that.
Luger is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down McFly's shoulder. That is not cool.
Both fighters take a look at the clock.

and Luger counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
McFly looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

and Luger counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps McFly thinking.
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting McFly here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
Luger connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed McFly momentarily.

That's time! McFly's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

McFly pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Luger takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Good leg kick by McFly there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

McFly throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

McFly connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
