The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ekewaka throws a series of punches but Patton avoids them all with ease.
Ekewaka walks into a straight right hand from Patton.
A looping hook to the body misses from Patton. Ekewaka does a little dance to reset his feet.
Ekewaka uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Patton.
A telegraphed right hand from Ekewaka misses the target.
Ekewaka scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Ekewaka tries to clinch up but Patton circles away and keeps his distance.
Ekewaka misses with a hook to the body
and Patton counters with a head kick. That will keep Ekewaka thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
