Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rudy Dekkers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Remigijus Norkevicius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rudy Dekkers! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Remigijus Norkevicius! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Albert Achterberg and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dekkers feints and as Norkevicius raises his hands in defense, Dekkers changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Dekkers controls from within his opponent's guard. Dekkers in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Dekkers is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Dekkers has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Dekkers preventing the sweep. Norkevicius controls Dekkers momentarily but Dekkers frees himself.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Rudy Dekkers. Norkevicius wants to clinch but Dekkers slips to the side and Dekkers counters with a nice double leg into guard. Dekkers has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Norkevicius wants to control the position but Dekkers says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dekkers throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Dekkers trying to control the pace. Dekkers looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Norkevicius with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Dekkers wants to pass the guard but Norkevicius is defending well. Dekkers performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Rudy Dekkers. Norkevicius gets caught flat footed, as Dekkers shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Dekkers sitting in guard, not really doing much. Dekkers is looking to work some ground and pound but Norkevicius has wrist control. Norkevicius bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Dekkers's guard. Dekkers on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Dekkers tries to get out of the position. Dekkers has his feet on Norkevicius's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. A momentary lapse in concentration from Norkevicius enables Dekkers to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Norkevicius manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dekkers is stalling in the full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dekkers throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Norkevicius works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Norkevicius trying to control the position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Dekkers with a lazy takedown attempt and Norkevicius finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Dekkers darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Norkevicius looks gassed!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dekkers scores with a couple of good hammerfists. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Norkevicius wants to control but Dekkers is keeping busy.
Dekkers trying to control the pace. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Dekkers takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rudy Dekkers dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Norkevicius goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Norkevicius with a lazy takedown attempt and Dekkers counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Norkevicius! Dekkers pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Norkevicius is rocked! Dekkers connects with a bit shot that sees Norkevicius covering up! More strikes from Dekkers and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Dekkers is our winner by TKO!
