Canseco throws a lazy uppercut
and Hominick counters with a straight right hand.
Canseco throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Nice takedown defense from Canseco. No joy for Hominick on that attempt.
Canseco scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Hominick doesn't seem bothered though.
Hominick tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Canseco counters with a three punch combo that has Hominick backing up. Hominick nods at Canseco to acknowledge the strikes.

and Canseco counters with a lovely straight right hand!

and Canseco counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mark Hominick. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Canseco tries to break free but Hominick pushes him back against the cage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Canseco lands a brutal uppercut that launches Hominick off his feet! Hominick tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
