Canseco throws a lazy uppercut
and Hominick counters with a straight right hand.
Canseco throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Nice takedown defense from Canseco. No joy for Hominick on that attempt.
Canseco scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Hominick doesn't seem bothered though.
Hominick tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Canseco counters with a three punch combo that has Hominick backing up. Hominick nods at Canseco to acknowledge the strikes.
Hominick tries for a takedown but Canseco circles away easily
and Canseco counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Hominick shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Canseco counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mark Hominick. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Nice shot lands for Canseco.
Canseco throws an off balance right hand
and Hominick counters by moving into the clinch.
Canseco tries to break free but Hominick pushes him back against the cage.
Canseco breaks the clinch.
Canseco works over Hominick's head and body with a nice combination.
Canseco throws a lazy uppercut
and Hominick counters with an outside leg kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Canseco lands a jab-cross combination.

It looks like Mark Hominick has been cut.
Canseco lands a brutal uppercut that launches Hominick off his feet! Hominick tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
