The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Larsson cracks Cage with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Larsson has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Cage to stand back up!

It looks like Johnny Cage has been cut.
Cage tries to close the distance and clinch but Larsson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Larsson throws a sloppy head kick
enabling Cage to counter with a crisp jab.
Larsson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Cage.
Cage keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
A bone on bone clash there as Larsson blocks the leg kick.
Larsson doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Cage throws a leg kick but Larsson moved away.
Cage throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Johnny Cage is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Larsson misses with a takedown
and Cage counters with a solid body kick.
Larsson misses with a left hand
and Cage counters with a slapping leg kick.

A head kick by Larsson misses
and Cage counters with a stiff right hand.
Larsson misses with a left hand
and Cage counters with an inside leg kick.
Larsson connects with a nice looking jab.
Larsson misses with a hook
and Cage connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Cage is looking to clinch.

Larsson feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Cage sprawling to the canvas! Cage rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Larsson finish him?!

Cage is rocked!
Cage throws a series of punches but Larsson avoids them all with ease.
Cage misses with the combination.
Cage thows a body kick. Larsson tries to catch it but that hurt him.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Cage lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Larsson backs up against the cage.

It looks like Henrik Larsson has been cut.
Larsson throws a leg kick
and Cage counters with a straight right hand.
Cage misses the body punch

and Larsson counters with a head kick that drops Cage to the mat! Cage scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Cage is still on wobbly legs! Can Larsson finish him?
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Cage gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Larsson points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Cage wakes up just in time to hear Larsson thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
