Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hulk Hogan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricardo Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie has chosen Boris Brejcha - Openminded as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Hulk Hogan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Ricardo Gracie! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Donald Grub and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gracie with a poor takedown and Hogan counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Gracie tries for a takedown but Hogan circles away easily and Hogan counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Gracie with a lazy takedown attempt and Hogan connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Hulk Hogan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ricardo Gracie. Gracie moves into the clinch. Hogan is trying to trip Gracie. He has hold of a leg but Gracie is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Hogan persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Gracie throws his legs up looking for a submission but Hogan uses it to pass to side control.
Gracie sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Gracie makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Gracie. Gracie looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Hogan postures up and lands a big shot to Gracie's brow. Gracie keeping moving, preventing Hogan from controlling successfully. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Hogan's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Gracie is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Gracie is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Hogan sees it coming and defends easily. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gracie is looking for a kimura but Hogan is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Gracie to get the leverage. Hogan is defending against the submission attempts here by Gracie.

That was a close round but I would say that Hulk Hogan will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Gracie fails with the takedown and Hogan counters with a straight right hand. A momentary lapse in concentration from Gracie enables Hogan to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Gracie manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Hogan wants to control from the top but Gracie keeps moving. Gracie bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hogan's guard. Gracie stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hogan swivels though and keeps the full guard. Hogan looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Gracie thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Gracie is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Hogan is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Hogan has escaped and now he's on top! Gracie has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hogan can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gracie scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Gracie gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Hogan counters with a two punch combo. Gracie is breathing heavily. Hogan closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Hogan lands in his opponent's guard. Gracie has his foot on Hogan's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hogan works his way back into a safe position though. Hogan is stalling in the full guard. Gracie working for a triangle but Hogan defends it easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gracie tries to strike from the bottom.
Gracie has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hogan can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Hogan got a little sloppy there for a moment and Gracie has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Hogan has managed to get both his arms back between Gracie's legs - danger averted. Hogan pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Gracie is keeping the position for now. Gracie has an active guard here but Hogan has managed to pass into half guard.

Gracie tries to roll over but Hogan keeps him under control. Hogan controlling the pace. Gracie looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Gracie trying to control from the bottom.
Gracie is looking to escape. Gracie looking for submissions off his back. Gracie tries to get to full guard but Hogan has control of the leg.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Gracie is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Hogan is tapping! Great win for Gracie!
