Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Herold Hassium (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mr Guy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Guy has chosen Mother as his entrance music. Mr Guy is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Herold Hassium!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mr Guy!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Igor Prikhodko and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hassium with a poor takedown
and Guy counters with a stiff right hand.
It looks like Herold Hassium has been cut.
A big right from Guy misses.
Hassium shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Guy napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Hassium looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Guy gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Hassium is trying to work for a kimura but Guy is defending well.
Hassium is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Guy wants to control but Hassium is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Guy moves into full guard.
Guy throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hassium is pushing down on Guy's leg trying to pass to half guard. Guy is fighting to maintain full guard but Hassium has managed to sneak the leg through.
Hassium seems to be trying to get a kimura but instead Guy has recovered full guard.
Hassium got a little sloppy there for a moment and Guy has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Hassium has managed to get both his arms back between Guy's legs - danger averted.
Hassium stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Guy swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Hassium drops back, looking for a kneebar! Guy looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Guy looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Guy!
Guy has an Americana. Hassium didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Guy is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Guy hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:01 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Mr Guy!
