Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ryoichi Yukimura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marlin Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yukimura comes to the cage accompanied by Pleasures of the Combat. Taylor is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Love is my Religion. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ryoichi Yukimura!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Marlin Taylor!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yukimura misses with a head kick.
Taylor shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Yukimura tries to roll over but Taylor keeps him under control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Yukimura makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Yukimura.
Taylor drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Taylor jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Yukimura is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Taylor defends well.

Yukimura has his foot on Taylor's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Taylor works his way back into a safe position though.

Taylor is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Taylor tries to pull guard but Yukimura holds him up against the cage and eventually Taylor drops back down to his feet.

Ryoichi Yukimura has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marlin Taylor.
Yukimura goes for a takedown attempt but Taylor pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Yukimura lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Taylor has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Taylor and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Yukimura tries to bum rush Taylor with a series of wild strikes but Taylor uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Yukimura tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Taylor paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Yukimura stuffs the takedown attempt from Taylor. Taylor gets slowly back to his feet.
Yukimura throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Taylor.

Taylor throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Yukimura's waist but Yukimura gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Taylor off to one side.
Yukimura tries to close the distance and clinch but Taylor swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Yukimura throws a low kick, looking for Taylor's leg but Taylor calmly moves out of range.

Yukimura swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Yukimura lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Taylor at a distance.
Taylor gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Yukimura tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Yukimura is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Taylor!
Yukimura is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Taylor can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Yukimura wants to finish this one by submission but Taylor is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Yukimura.
Yukimura postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Taylor looks a forlorn figure.
Taylor is in all sorts of trouble here.
