Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tim Price (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seth Bender (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Price comes to the cage accompanied by Mistakes. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tim Price! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Seth Bender! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bender uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Price.
Price circles away from the clinch attempt.
Price wants to slow Bender down by chopping away at his legs. Price moves into range and connects with a jab. Bender fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Price feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Bender's calf. Bender takes a kick to the side of the head. Bender tries to clinch there but Price circles away.
Bender fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Price avoids it really well and circles away. Bender darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Price is looking to improve his position.
Bender is trying to control the action in half guard but Price is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bender is controlling the pace.
Bender is working for a kimura but Price is defending it quite comfortably.
Bender not landing any meaningful shots this time. Bender throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Bender lands with a punch from half guard. Bender working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Price is pressing down on Bender's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Price working a defensive guard here.
Bender throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Price looking for a sweep. Not yet Price, not yet. Bender tries to free his leg and advance position but Price is retaining full guard. Bender trying to control but Price is working from the bottom. Price looking for a sweep. Not yet Price, not yet. Price will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Bender showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Seth Bender hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Bender scores a takedown into full mount! Bender controlling from the full mount. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bender misses with a head shot. Bender wants to control the pace but Price is squirming around nicely. Price is trying desperately to improve position. Bender has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Bender takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Price is looking to improve his position but Bender isn't that keen on the idea.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Bender unloading with bombs! Bender lands with some strikes. Bender scoring with strikes but Price is staying in there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bender tries to control but Price wriggling away. Bender dominating with strikes here. Price is trying to escape the mount.
Price defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Bender. Price is trying desperately to improve position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Seth Bender dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Bender fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Price, pushing him back against the cage. Price gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Bender.
Price is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Price misses with some punches.
Bender landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Bender is trying to maintain a safe position but Price gets an underhook and turns Bender into the cage. Price on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Bender pulls Price into guard.
Price has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Price won't allow Bender to sweep him here. Bender trying to control the position.
Bender is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Price is staying active underneath Bender, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Price makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Price. Price can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Bender controls the pace. Bender working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Bender trying to control the position from guard on top but Price is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Price wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Bender is now in half guard. Bender prevents Price from improving his position. Bender not doing much here.
Price wants to get back to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Bender in particular looking to stall. Bender wants to work for an arm triangle but Price is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Bender wants to pass to mount but Price is defending the position. Price blocking the ground and pound attempt from Bender. Bender sitting and controlling from the half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Price is pressing down on Bender's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Price looking to control.
Bender gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Price fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Bender. Bender throws a head kick that Price semi-blocks.
Bender moves in looking to clinch but Price pushes him off. Bender drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Bender is breathing heavily. Bender stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Price swivels though and keeps the full guard. Price trying to control the position.
Bender wants to control from the top but Price keeps moving. Bender stopping the sweep attempt from Price.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Price controls Bender momentarily but Bender frees himself. Bender advances position into side control! Price gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Price moves into full guard.
Bender with a flurry of punches that miss. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bender accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Seth Bender showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Bender tries to close the distance and clinch but Price swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Price tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bender was well out of range. Poor timing from Price. Bender changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Price looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Bender stands up. Bender moves into the clinch. Price is pushing Bender up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Price is trying to maintain a safe position but Bender gets an underhook and turns Price into the cage. Price wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Price escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Bender closes the distance and pushes Price back into the cage. A short body shot lands from Price as the two fighters clinch.
Bender tries a body shot but Price blocks it.
A nice right hand lands inside from Price. Bender is trying to drag Price to the mat but Price just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Bender takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. A head punch blocked on the inside by Bender. Price's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Bender looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Price! Price tries to get back to half guard but can't. Seth Bender has got the better of the ground game so far. Price tries to lock up and control but Bender gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Bender trying to control but Price is having none of it. Bender thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Price holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Bender tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Price is looking to improve his position but Bender isn't that keen on the idea. Bender can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Price is looking to escape. Bender is in the full mount, landing strikes. Bender looking to control but Price is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Price wants to hold on but Bender pushes him away. Price manages to regain half guard. Good work. Price tries to roll over but Bender keeps him under control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bender content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Bender thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Price makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! Bender shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Price as he jumps to the side. Bender drives through with a takedown into guard. Price is working an open guard so Bender takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Bender gets a clinch. Price is struggling to control the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bender pulls Price into guard.
Price trying to control but Bender is working from the bottom. Seth Bender is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Price pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Bender is keeping the position for now. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bender is on top in guard.
Price is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Bender looking to pass the guard. Price being controlled here, momentarily.
And that's the end of the fight! Seth Bender comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Bender winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
