Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jarvis Lipovsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zachary Krantz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jarvis Lipovsky! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Zachary Krantz! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Albert Achterberg and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Krantz shoots in for a takedown but Lipovsky shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Krantz throws a lazy uppercut
and Lipovsky counters with a straight right hand. Krantz swings widly with a right hand
and Lipovsky counters with a nice uppercut. Krantz thows a body shot but no joy. Krantz swings and misses with a shot to the body and Krantz takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Lipovsky throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Lipovsky keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Lipovsky gets a clinch. Lipovsky digs a right hand into Krantz's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Krantz's gas tank. Lipovsky lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Krantz is trying to stall.
Krantz looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Lipovsky swings away with an uppercut that misses.
A head punch on the inside from Lipovsky fails to land. Krantz has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Lipovsky uses from the top position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Krantz has control of Lipovsky's left arm, preventing Lipovsky from doing any damage. Krantz is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Lipovsky trying to control the position from guard on top but Krantz is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Lipovsky postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Krantz has his foot on Lipovsky's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Lipovsky works his way back into a safe position though. Lipovsky sitting in guard, not really doing much. Krantz keeping moving, preventing Lipovsky from controlling successfully. Lipovsky knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Krantz on the ground. Krantz has his foot on Lipovsky's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Lipovsky works his way back into a safe position though. Lipovsky will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Krantz pulls Lipovsky in close to prevent any damage. Lipovsky throwing strikes but missing. Krantz is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Lipovsky defends well. Lipovsky trying to control but Krantz is working from the bottom. Krantz pulls Lipovsky in to control the position. Krantz is looking for a triangle but Lipovsky pushes his legs off easily.
Krantz lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Lipovsky!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Krantz trying to control but he's not successful this time. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lipovsky wants to control but Krantz is having none of it. Krantz mounts Lipovsky! Really nice guard pass there!
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Lipovsky working to try and regain half guard.
Lipovsky on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Lipovsky tries to get out of the position. Lipovsky tries to hold on but Krantz postures up. Krantz moves to the back position. Krantz has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Will Krantz go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Zachary Krantz dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Lipovsky lands a nice looking body shot.
Krantz shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Krantz was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Lipovsky is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Krantz locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Lipovsky is forced to tap!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Zachary Krantz!
