Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jon Agid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dana Hodges (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jon Agid! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dana Hodges! The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Daniel Blasius and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Agid closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Hodges quickly recovers to half guard. Agid is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Hodges has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Agid is working away from the top position though. Agid is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Agid is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Hodges sees it coming and defends easily. Agid is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hodges wants to control but Agid is keeping busy.
Agid wants to pass the guard but Hodges is defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hodges moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Agid prevents Hodges from getting back to his feet. Hodges really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Agid. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Agid got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hodges has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Agid has managed to get both his arms back between Hodges's legs - danger averted. Agid trying to control but Hodges is working from the bottom. Hodges is trying to keep Agid in close.
Agid slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Hodges is trying to improve his position. Agid tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Agid wants to control but Hodges is keeping him busy. Hodges tries to get back to half guard but can't. Agid trying to control the action but Hodges is working from the bottom. Hodges tries to escape back to his feet but Agid has kept hold of him... Oh, now he's got Hodges's back and is looking for the choke... Is it? Is it sunk in? YES! Hodges is tapping! Agid saw the opportunity and took it - ruthless!
