Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hard Puncher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Asmir Zslevski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Puncher's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Let's go dancing. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
16 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Hard Puncher! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
18 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Asmir Zslevski! The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Alexandre Firmino and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zslevski looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Puncher! Zslevski is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Puncher to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Puncher shrugs it off. Zslevski looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Puncher wants to control but Zslevski is having none of it. Zslevski looking to control but Puncher is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Zslevski controlling the position easily from mount. Puncher tries to lock up and control but Zslevski gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Zslevski is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Puncher to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Puncher shrugs it off. Puncher is trying desperately to improve position. Puncher tries to hold on but Zslevski postures up. Zslevski moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Puncher has worked his arm free - good work by Puncher!
Puncher is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Zslevski off and has taken his back! Puncher wants to control but Zslevski manages to buck him off and is now in Puncher's guard! Nice work there by Zslevski!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Puncher wants to sweep here but Zslevski controlling him for the moment. Zslevski wants to pass the guard but Puncher is keeping the position. Puncher has Zslevski pulled in close to control his posture. Zslevski wants to control from the top but Puncher keeps moving. Zslevski passes easily into side control. Nice work. Zslevski is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Puncher has escaped the position, nice work there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Zslevski advances to mount. Zslevski tries to control but Puncher wriggling away. Puncher working to try and regain half guard.
Puncher has given up his back.
Zslevski looking for the choke but no joy. Puncher is in a bad position with Zslevski working for a choke. Puncher manages to spin nicely into guard and the danger is over for the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Zslevski controls Puncher momentarily but Puncher frees himself. Zslevski wants to hit a switch here but Puncher passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Zslevski there! Puncher trying to control but he's not successful this time. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Asmir Zslevski dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Puncher leaves Zslevski with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Zslevski misses with the body kick and Zslevski takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Asmir Zslevski has been cut. A lazy body kick from Puncher and Zslevski counters with a takedown into side control. Zslevski is trying to get an arm triangle but Puncher is defending well. Puncher is looking for a sweep. Zslevski tries to advance to mount but Puncher denies him. Zslevski tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Zslevski has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Zslevski is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Puncher's shoulder. That is not cool.
That's one minute gone in the round. The ground and pound from Zslevski seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Zslevski has knee on belly and moves into mount. Zslevski can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Puncher is looking to escape. Puncher tries to hold on but Zslevski pushes him away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Puncher is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. Zslevski avoids the attempt from Puncher to control. Puncher is trying desperately to improve position. Puncher tries to hold on but Zslevski postures up. Zslevski can't control as he wanted to and Puncher manages to get the fight back to his half guard. Zslevski is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Puncher doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Zslevski. Zslevski trying to pass the guard but Puncher defending well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Puncher is trying to maintain the position but Zslevski is very close to passing his half guard. Zslevski looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Zslevski is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Puncher is just riding it out for now. Zslevski eventually gives up the hold. Puncher is holding on to half guard well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Puncher trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Puncher looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back! Asmir Zslevski has got the better of the ground game so far. Zslevski is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Puncher with him. Puncher is trying to defend but Zslevski has an arm under the chin now! Puncher grimaces and is forced to tap out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Asmir Zslevski! Asmir Zslevski is the new welterweight champion!
