Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rock Solid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antoni Nogalski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Antoni Nogalski told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rock Solid! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Antoni Nogalski! The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Saam Ante and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Solid gets the takedown into side control. Nogalski defending against the ground and pound. Nogalski is trying to control Solid's posture but Solid avoids it. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Solid working the ground and pound from side control. Solid is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Nogalski is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Nogalski is looking for a sweep. Solid looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Solid tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Nogalski regains half guard. Solid trying to pass the guard but Nogalski defending well. Nogalski trying to hold on to Solid's head to control him but Solid postures up.
Nogalski really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Solid. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Solid is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Nogalski sees it coming and defends easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Solid sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Nogalski defending well though. Solid throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Solid has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Nogalski is trying to maintain the position but Solid is very close to passing his half guard. Solid prevents Nogalski from improving his position. Nogalski actively working from the bottom here. Nogalski looking for submissions off his back. Solid is working for a kimura but Nogalski is defending it quite comfortably.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Nogalski taking some punishment here, with Solid in his half guard. Solid wants to pass the guard but Nogalski is defending well. Solid prevents Nogalski from improving his position. Solid throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Nogalski looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Solid works his foot free and advances to mount. Nogalski looks gassed! Solid working the ground and pound effectively.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Solid wants to finish this one by submission but Nogalski is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Solid. Nogalski wants to control but Solid is having none of it. Solid punishing his opponent with strikes.
It looks like Antoni Nogalski has been cut. Solid misses with a head shot. Nogalski tries to hold on but Solid pushes him away. Solid with shots to the head and body - Nogalski looks very uncomfortable down there. Solid swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Nogalski is now in Solid's guard. A big mistake from Solid there, giving up the dominant position! Solid looking for a guillotine here but Nogalski defends easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Solid has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Nogalski can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Solid has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Nogalski is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Solid. Nogalski in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Solid is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
