Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hiratio Takedo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Big Joe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Joe has chosen Big Mac as his entrance music. Big Joe will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hiratio Takedo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Big Joe! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Alan Glass and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Joe sends Takedo crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Joe is motioning to the referee to let Takedo up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Takedo is rocked!
It looks like Hiratio Takedo has been cut. Joe throws a left and a right that both miss
and Takedo counters with a nice uppercut. Oh Takedo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Takedo scores with a takedown into Joe's guard. Takedo seems to have got his legs back now. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Takedo is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Takedo with a flurry of punches that miss. Takedo trying to control the position from guard on top but Joe is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Joe wants to get back to his feet but Takedo passes into half guard.
Takedo is controlling the pace.
Joe is refusing to be controlled, as Takedo sits in half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Hiratio Takedo has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Joe misses with a combination
and Takedo counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Takedo. Takedo passes Joe's left leg - he's now in half guard. Takedo has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Takedo has hold of Joe's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Joe manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Joe avoids a series of strikes thrown by Takedo.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Takedo controlling the pace for now. Joe holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Takedo tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Takedo really is a fat lump. Takedo looking for a guillotine from mount but Joe is having none of it.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Takedo working for a submission but Joe is keeping him at bay.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Takedo looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Takedo misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Poor strikes thrown by Takedo there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

and Takedo counters with a single leg into guard. Joe didn't expect that. Joe is wriggling around but Takedo manages to pass to half guard.
Takedo is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Takedo is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Joe prevents Takedo from taking his back. Takedo lands a big elbow. Takedo looking to control and managing it successfully. Joe tries to buck Takedo off but he can't manage it.

Takedo trying to control the position from guard on top but Joe is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Takedo passes Joe's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Takedo is looking for a kimura here.
Takedo is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Takedo working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Takedo is keen to just control but Joe is a slippery customer. Hiratio Takedo overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Joe tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Takedo manages to move to mount!
Takedo get's back to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hiratio Takedo dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Hiratio Takedo's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Joe fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
No joy there for Joe, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Not really close to a finish though. Takedo has an Americana. Joe didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Takedo is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Takedo hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
