Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between tonny heart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kazuya Kawajiri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). heart has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Kawajiri enables heart to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Kawajiri manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Kawajiri throws a right and a left that heart avoids nicely.
tonny heart seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice uppercut lands for Kawajiri. That snapped heart's head back.

heart shoots in looking for a takedown. Kawajiri tries to sprawl out of it but heart keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kawajiri manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

heart changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kawajiri looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for heart, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
