And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Steve Erwin and John Mangel.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ngo closes the distance and clinches up with Gericho, looking for a takedown. Ngo pushes Gericho against the cage but Gericho circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Ngo shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Gericho looks to land a combination. Ngo sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

It looks like Henry Ngo has been cut.
Ngo moves to clinch but Gericho breaks away
and Gericho counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Gericho scores with a jab to the body.
Gericho is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Gericho ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Ngo is breathing heavily.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Ngo takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Gericho dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Ngo takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Ngo seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Gericho shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Ngo is backing up but Gericho catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Ngo covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Gericho Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
