Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chris Cook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Barack Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Cook might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Cormega - built for this. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chris Cook! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
19 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Barack Lesnar! The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Alec Ball and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cook takes a swing at Lesnar's ribcage but misses. Cook keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Lesnar swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
enabling Cook to counter with a crisp jab. Barack Lesnar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lesnar misses with a lunging right hand
enabling Cook to counter with a crisp jab. Lesnar misses with a low kick as Cook jumps back. Lesnar takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Lesnar tries to move into range but Cook moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
It looks like Barack Lesnar has been cut. Donk. Cook catches Lesnar right on the button with a cross. Cook gets cracked there but stands up to it.
It looks like Chris Cook has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Lesnar throws a left and a right that both miss
and Cook counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Lesnar thinking. Lesnar misses with a lunging right hand
and Cook counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Lesnar rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Cook cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Cook is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Lesnar looks gassed! Lesnar takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Cook clinches up against the ropes. Cook lands a shot to the body. A short left from Cook. Still in the clinch, Cook scores with a nice short uppercut. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Cook. Cook lands an elbow that stopped Lesnar in his tracks for a moment. Lesnar managing to block the knees to the body from Cook.
Cook lands an elbow just above Lesnar 's eye.
That has opened up Barack Lesnar's cut even more. A nice glancing elbow lands by Cook.
The cut above Barack Lesnar's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Cook digs a right hand into Lesnar's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Lesnar's gas tank. A quick uppercut on the inside from Cook.
Barack Lesnar's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cook trying to land knees to the body.
Cook lands a left hand.
Cook lands a shoulder strike.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Barack Lesnar's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Chris Cook!
