Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Josh Cunningham! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Marco Moretti! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Andrew Berry and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cunningham throws a poor cross that misses
and Moretti counters with a lovely straight right hand! Cunningham rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Moretti counters with a nice uppercut. Moretti closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Cunningham did well to prevent Moretti getting side control. Moretti throwing shots but Cunningham is blocking nicely. Moretti is trying to control. Cunningham wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Moretti thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Cunningham to regain full guard. Cunningham keeping moving, preventing Moretti from controlling successfully. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Marco Moretti wasn't active enough on the ground. Cunningham misses with a head kick.
Moretti gets a takedown into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Moretti is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Moretti trying to control but Cunningham is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cunningham wants to try and get back to his feet. Moretti looking to finish with strikes here!

Moretti looking to ground and pound but Cunningham is blocking nicely. Cunningham really wants to buck Moretti off and get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Moretti looking to finish with strikes here!
You get the feeling that Cunningham really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Moretti looking to control but Cunningham is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Moretti looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Marco Moretti dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Cunningham missing with a left hand there. Moretti was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Moretti looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Cunningham! Moretti won't let Cunningham get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. Moretti throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. Cunningham's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Moretti throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Cunningham squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
That's one minute gone in the round. Moretti throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Cunningham because Moretti loaded up on that one. Cunningham wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Moretti.
Cunningham trying desperately to get to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Moretti scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Cunningham wants to get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moretti is breathing heavily. Moretti controlling the position easily from mount. Moretti jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Cunningham is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Cunningham and Moretti has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Cunningham wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Marco Moretti showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Cunningham misses with an uppercut
and Moretti counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Moretti is figuring out what he wants to do next. Moretti wants to control but Cunningham is keeping him busy. Moretti is just content to waste time from the top position. Cunningham takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Cunningham keeping moving, preventing Moretti from controlling successfully. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Cunningham is looking to stand up but Moretti isn't so interested in that idea. Cunningham will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Moretti takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Marco Moretti hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Moretti blocks a jab. Moretti ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Cunningham works the jab nicely.
It looks like Marco Moretti has been cut. Nice uppercut lands for Cunningham. That snapped Moretti's head back.
Moretti is rocked! Cunningham throws a shot from downtown. Moretti moves away and avoids it. Moretti is still on wobbly legs! Can Cunningham finish him? Cunningham connects with a stiff jab that staggers Moretti - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Josh Cunningham!
