Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tito Hopkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Evan Smtih (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hopkins kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Public Enemy - Shut 'Em Down. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smtih throws a leg kick
and Hopkins counters with a stiff right hand.
Smtih throws a solid leg kick but Hopkins takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Smtih.
Hopkins thows a body shot but no joy.
Hopkins uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Smtih.
Smtih will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Hopkins scores with a leg kick.
Hopkins misses with a hook. Smtih ducked under it nicely.
Hopkins scores with a jab to the jaw.
Smtih stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Hopkins.
Smtih uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hopkins.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Smtih throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A low kick from Smtih is predictable there
letting Hopkins counter with a right hand.
Smtih misses with a hook to the body
and Hopkins counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Smtih doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Hopkins counters with a crisp one two that drops Smtih! Hopkins thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Smtih to his feet! Smtih is in big trouble!
Smtih is rocked!
Smtih throws a leg kick that is checked
and Hopkins rattles Smtih with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Smtih tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Hopkins dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Smtih stiff and motionless on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Tito Hopkins!
