Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Katashi Fujioka!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Taro Takaoka and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zwerschke tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Zwerschke chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Fujioka on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Fujioka fails with the takedown
and Zwerschke counters with a head kick. That will keep Fujioka thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Fujioka tries for a takedown but Zwerschke circles away easily
and Zwerschke counters with a good low kick that Fujioka was not able to check.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Zwerschke lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Fujioka fails with the takedown
and Zwerschke counters with a slapping leg kick.
Wyatt Zwerschke has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Katashi Fujioka.
Fujioka looks gassed!
Zwerschke lands a big head kick that sends Fujioka to the canvas! Zwerschke follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
