Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tzu Fxt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zen Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tzu Fxt has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tzu Fxt!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Zen Silva!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Jonathan Paton and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick by Fxt misses
and Silva counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Fxt moves into the clinch successfully.
Fxt tries to land a knee to the head but Silva blocks with his arms.
Fxt tries to land knees in the clinch but Silva avoids the damage to the body.
Fxt lands with a short shot to the head.
Silva jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Fxt walks away with a smile on his face. Silva gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Zen Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Silva shoots and misses
and Silva takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Silva misses with a takedown
and Fxt makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Tzu Fxt has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zen Silva.
A head kick misses from Silva.
Fxt throws a series of punches but Silva avoids them all with ease.
Silva wants to clinch
and Fxt counters with a nice leg kick.
A low kick from Silva is predictable there
enabling Fxt to counter with a crisp jab.
Silva tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Fxt counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Silva has his takedown stuffed
and Fxt finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Silva looks gassed!
Fxt fakes the leg kick and cracks Silva in the body.
Nice body punch from Fxt.
Fxt looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Fxt thuds his right hand into Silva's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Silva is trying desperately to land a takedown but Fxt is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Silva.
Fxt shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Silva manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Fxt is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fxt forces his way into half guard.
Fxt in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Silva tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Fxt!
