Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Takeda Hattori (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hitoshi Hirano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Takeda Hattori! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hitoshi Hirano! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Shirou Masuda and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hirano takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Good shot there by Hattori. Sloppy strikes from Hattori. Those never looked like landing. Hattori tries to sprawl but Hirano drives through with a takedown into half guard. Hirano seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Hirano thows a huge punch but Hattori dodges it nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hattori is looking to control Hirano's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Hattori avoid being mounted? Hirano keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Hitoshi Hirano was stalling too much, according to the referee. Hattori throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Hirano. Hirano misses with a series of wild punches.
Hirano closes this distance looking for a takedown but Hattori circles away. Hirano rushes Hattori and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Hirano effectively controlling the action here.

Hirano tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Hattori wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Hirano has him pressed against the cage. Hirano has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Hattori down to the mat. Hattori avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Hirano misses with a double jab.

Hirano misses with a takedown attempt - Hattori sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Hirano takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Hirano looks gassed! Hattori will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Hirano has hold of one of Hattori's legs. Hattori is fighting the takedown attempt but Hirano gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Hattori preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Hattori utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hattori wants to hit a switch here but Hirano passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Hattori there! Hattori holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Hirano tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Hirano throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Hirano takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
