Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hunter Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randsome Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Randsome Gracie was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Hunter Jackson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Randsome Gracie! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Anthony Taglia and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gracie throws a left and a right that both miss
and Jackson counters with a stiff right hand. Gracie shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Jackson manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Gracie thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Jackson is trying to control the position but Gracie postures up. Gracie trying to control the position from guard on top but Jackson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jackson working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Gracie doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Gracie manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gracie pushing down on Jackson's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Jackson is looking to escape. Gracie seems to be working for a kimura but Jackson defends the submission attempt. Gracie is looking for a kimura here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gracie takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Gracie works his foot free and advances to mount. Jackson tries to hold on but Gracie pushes him away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gracie lands a big shot there that rocks Jackson but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jackson is breathing heavily. Gracie controlling his opponent. Gracie's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Gracie misses with a head shot.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gracie is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Jackson is forced to tap! Great finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Randsome Gracie!
