Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tomizza Gunner! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sorrin Markov! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, George Francis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gunner misses with a takedown letting Markov counter with a right hand.
It looks like Tomizza Gunner has been cut. Markov fails with the takedown and Gunner counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Markov! Gunner is looking to work his way around to Markov's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position. Gunner wants to control the pace but Markov is squirming around nicely. Gunner is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Markov has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Markov! Gunner is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Gunner has control of Markov's left arm, preventing Markov from doing any damage. That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Markov wants to get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gunner is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Markov wriggles free and stands up. Markov throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Gunner tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. It's a sloppy attempt though and Markov jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

And that's the end of the fight! Sorrin Markov comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Markov has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
