Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ozzy Wylde (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Herbert Kohl (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Herbert Kohl is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ozzy Wylde! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Herbert Kohl! The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Patrick Alders and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kohl fails with the takedown and Wylde counters with a stiff right hand. Kohl tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Wylde counters with a stiff right hand. Kohl tries to clinch up but Wylde circles away and keeps his distance. Wylde gets a clinch. Wylde gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Kohl is looking to improve his position.
Wylde wants to pass to mount but Kohl is defending the position. Wylde is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kohl is trying to get back to full guard. Kohl has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Wylde is working away from the top position though. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Wylde tries to clinch up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Kohl has his takedown stuffed so Wylde counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Wylde won't allow Kohl to sweep him here. Kohl is trying to control the position but Wylde postures up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wylde advances position into side control! Wylde in side control, just content to control the action for now. Wylde working the ground and pound from side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kohl is trying to escape the position but Wylde is controlling the position. Wylde misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Wylde is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Kohl knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Wylde remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Wylde looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Wylde controlling the action here.
That's one minute gone in the round. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Kohl won't allow Wylde to pass to mount.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Ozzy Wylde just wasn't active enough. Wylde is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Kohl misses with a wild combination.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Kohl tries to clinch but Wylde moves out of range. Wylde drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kohl is letting Wylde control him for a moment. Kohl is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Wylde off and has taken his back! Wylde is trying to stand back up. Wylde breaks Kohl's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kohl has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Kohl manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Wylde manages to get himself to full guard.
Kohl stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Wylde swivels though and keeps the full guard. Wylde has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Kohl trying to control the position from guard on top but Wylde is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Wylde has Kohl pulled in close to control his posture.
Ozzy Wylde has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Kohl throws a low kick but Wylde moves out of range easily. Wylde thows a leg kick but Kohl checks it and Kohl counters with a body kick. Kohl pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kohl tries to clinch and Wylde counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Kohl! Wylde controlling from mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ozzy Wylde dominated that second round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Kohl has his takedown stuffed and Wylde counters with a takedown into side control. Wylde tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Wylde cracks Kohl with a big right hand but Kohl just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

That's one minute gone in the round. Wylde wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kohl keeps working. Wylde in side control, just content to control the action for now. Ozzy Wylde overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Wylde lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Kohl down.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Ozzy Wylde wasn't doing enough on the ground. Kohl with a poor takedown and Wylde counters with a single leg into guard. Kohl didn't expect that. Wylde advances position into side control! Wylde moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Herbert Kohl has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
And that's the end of the fight! Ozzy Wylde showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Wylde, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
