Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Firedragon Dragonclan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fernando Poor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Firedragon Dragonclan could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Fernando Poor's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Firedragon Dragonclan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Fernando Poor!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dragonclan tries to clinch up
and Poor counters with a nice uppercut.
Poor looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Dragonclan blocks a head kick by Poor.
Dragonclan lands a big head kick that sends Poor tumbling to the mat! Dragonclan takes a step backwards and waves Poor back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Poor is rocked!
It looks like Fernando Poor has been cut.
Dragonclan tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Poor is still on wobbly legs! Can Dragonclan finish him?
Dragonclan doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Poor connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Dragonclan gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Poor to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Poor preventing the sweep.
Dragonclan throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Poor seems to have recovered his senses.
Poor won't allow Dragonclan to get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Poor stands up and waves to Dragonclan to follow him.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Dragonclan moves to clinch but Poor breaks away
and Poor counters by clinching up.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Poor is trying to drag Dragonclan to the mat but Dragonclan just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Poor is trying to break free.
Dragonclan tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Poor just stands there and leans against the cage.
Dragonclan lands an elbow that stopped Poor in his tracks for a moment.
Poor is trying to push Dragonclan away but Dragonclan has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Dragonclan wants to break the clinch but can't.
Dragonclan with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Dragonclan tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Poor just stands there and leans against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Firedragon Dragonclan. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Dragonclan goes for a takedown in the clinch but Poor prevents it.
Dragonclan gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Poor.
Dragonclan drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Poor has hold of one of Dragonclan's legs. Dragonclan is fighting the takedown attempt but Poor gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Dragonclan throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Poor stands up from Dragonclan's guard - Poor perhaps looking for a knockout.
Poor gets the takedown into side control.
Poor is working to tighten is grip on Dragonclan's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Dragonclan has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Poor is really squeezing tight and eventually Dragonclan passes out! Poor breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
