Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Colt Hardin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leo Clarke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hardin comes to the cage accompanied by Thunder Kiss '65 by White Zombie. Colt Hardin could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Leo Clarke's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Colt Hardin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Leo Clarke! The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, John Kavanagh and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hardin misses with a left hand and Clarke counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Clarke misses with a hook to the body
letting Hardin counter with a right hand. Hardin throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Clarke counters with a straight right hand. Jab, jab by Clarke - just one landing. Hardin lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Clarke scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Clarke throws a low kick, looking for Hardin's leg but Hardin calmly moves out of range. Hardin misses with a right hand and Clarke counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Hardin's guard now. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Clarke loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Clarke trying to control but Hardin is working from the bottom. Hardin is looking to stand up but Clarke isn't so interested in that idea. Clarke throws a big right hand that misses. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hardin looking to hit a scissor sweep but Clarke is one step ahead there. Clarke throwing strikes from guard but Hardin blocks nicely. Clarke has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Clarke with a flurry of punches that miss. Clarke drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Hardin manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Clarke has Hardin in his guard. Hardin has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Clarke escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hardin gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Clarke has an active guard here but Hardin has managed to pass into half guard.

and Clarke counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Hardin tries to kick Clarke off but Clarke keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Clarke scoring with strikes to the body and head. Hardin is looking for a sweep. Clarke is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Hardin is staying active underneath Clarke, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Clarke throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Clarke thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Hardin regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Clarke. Clarke in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. And thats the end of the round the fighters go back to their corners.
Leo Clarke dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Hardin swings widly with a right hand
and Clarke counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Hardin throws an off balance right hand
and Clarke counters with a nice uppercut. Hardin throws a lazy uppercut
and Clarke counters with a right hand to the body. Colt Hardin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Clarke feints and as Hardin raises his hands in defense, Clarke changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Clarke wants to control from the top but Hardin keeps moving. Clarke passes Hardin's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Clarke keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Clarke wants to work for an arm triangle but Hardin is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Hardin regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Clarke. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Clarke accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
That's one minute gone in the round. Clarke is looking to advance position but Hardin has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Clarke is desperately trying to improve his position but Hardin has a good base and remains in mount. Clarke is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Hardin looking to control but Clarke is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Clarke regains half guard. Clarke actively working from the bottom here. Clarke is trying to maintain the position but Hardin is very close to passing his half guard. Clarke is trying to stand.

That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Clarke is pulling down on Hardin's head to control his posture. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Hardin is looking to stand up but Clarke won't let him. Clarke throws his legs up looking for a submission but Hardin uses it to pass to side control.
Clarke is trying to get back to half guard. Clarke is pushing Hardin's head away, looking to escape. Hardin manages to hold on to the position though. Clarke is breathing heavily. Clarke can't do much from the bottom here. And thats the end of the round the fighters go back to their corners.
Leo Clarke showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Hardin's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Clarke loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Hardin has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Clarke throws a strike but Hardin rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Clarke looking to finish Hardin with some ground and pound. This is bad for Hardin! Clarke with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Clarke putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hardin wants to control but Clarke is having none of it. Clarke throwing strikes here but Hardin is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Hardin is trying to stand up. Clarke sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Hardin taking shots to the head. Both fighters are breathing heavily. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Clarke working for a guillotine from mount but Hardin is in no mood to give up. Clarke moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Hardin has worked his arm free - good work by Hardin!
Clarke is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Hardin is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Clarke working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Clarke staying calm. Hardin dodges the ground and pound from Clarke. Colt Hardin has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Clarke is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Hardin has escaped the position, nice work there. Hardin struggling a bit here. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Clarke in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
And that's the end of the fight! Leo Clarke comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Clarke has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
