Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Augustus Cole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Doug Hoo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hoo has chosen None as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Doug Hoo!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Winston Howard and Skip Squint.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cole connects with a looping right hand.

It looks like Doug Hoo has been cut.
Cole connects with a leg kick. Hoo looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Hoo throws out a loose jab but Cole uses good head movement to avoid it.
Cole tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hoo was well out of range. Poor timing from Cole.
Cole pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Hoo back to the cage. Cole follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Cole feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Hoos jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Cole misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Hoo.
Hoo fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Cole manages to avoid it.
Hoo throws a right hand that misses
and Cole counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Cole looks to score with a jab to the body but Hoo is just out of range.
Cole bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Hoo's head backwards.
Cole moves away from the strike by Hoo.
Cole throws a body punch but Hoo moves out of range.
Cole throws an off balance right hand
and Hoo makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Cole scores with a one two! Hoo had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Hoo looks gassed!

Cole lands a glancing blow to the side of Hoo's head.
Cole punishes Hoo's body with a nice straight punch.
Hoo darts in trying to clinch
and Cole counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Cole fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hoo manages to avoid it.
Cole is looking to wear down Hoo with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Cole connects with a single shot there.
Cole throws an overhand right that lands on Hoo's shoulder, as Hoo tries to avoid the shot.
Hoo staying out of range there.
Cole moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
A slow jab from Cole misses its intended target.
Cole scores with a hook.

That has opened up Doug Hoo's cut even more.
