2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, James Woods! The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Anthony Taglia and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lee throws a head kick that misses. Woods swings and misses with a shot to the body and Lee counters with a right hand to the body. Woods gets in close and instigates a clinch. Woods lands a hook to the side of the head. A short uppercut from Woods. A short left from Woods. Woods works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Lee avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Lee looking to control.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Woods postures up and lands a big shot to Lee's brow. Woods postures up in Lee's guard and throws a big left but Lee blocks it. Woods with a flurry of punches that miss. Lee is trying to control the position from the bottom.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Woods keeping moving, preventing Lee from controlling successfully. Woods lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Lee! Woods working Lee over with strikes here. Woods is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Lee can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
