Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roddy Rhodes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Toby Tutu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Roddy Rhodes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Toby Tutu!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Alec Ball and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tutu closes the distance but Rhodes moves to the side
and Rhodes counters with a straight right hand.
Rhodes circles away from the clinch attempt
and Rhodes cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Rhodes swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A right-left combo lands from Rhodes.
Rhodes slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Tutu with a poor takedown
letting Rhodes counter with a right hand.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Tutu changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rhodes tries to avoid it but Tutu manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rhodes to the ground. Rhodes escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Rhodes goes for a small jab and connects. Now Rhodes goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Tutu stumbles back but Rhodes runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Tutu to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Tutu will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Roddy Rhodes!
