Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Karl Maglor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sigmar Naudi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Karl Maglor looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Karl Maglor!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Sigmar Naudi!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Donatello Bradman and Summer Carpenter.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maglor misses with a double jab
and Naudi cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

enabling Naudi to counter with a crisp jab.
Maglor fails in his attempt to clinch.
Naudi throws a sloppy head kick and Maglor moves out of range easily.
Naudi shoots for a double leg takedown but Maglor sprawls well. He's pushed Naudi's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Maglor rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Naudi moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Naudi is looking to control Maglor's arms but Maglor gets an underhook and turns him. Now Naudi has his back to the cage.
Naudi has Maglor pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Maglor manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Maglor breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Maglor misses with a few strikes there.
Naudi shoots for a double leg takedown but Maglor sprawls well. He's pushed Naudi's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

and Maglor counters with a three punch combo that has Naudi backing up. Naudi nods at Maglor to acknowledge the strikes.

Naudi seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Maglor does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Maglor really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Naudi really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Maglor. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Maglor scrambles and gets back to his feet.

Naudi closes the distance and clinches up with Maglor, looking for a takedown. Naudi pushes Maglor against the cage but Maglor circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Maglor moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sigmar Naudi showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
