Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
12 - 11 - 0, fighting out of London, Matt Bismol!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Steven Walter!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Daniel Bishop and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walter lands with a slapping head kick.
Jab by Bismol.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Walter, right into the meat.
Some bone on bone action there as Bismol checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Walter feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Bismol's calf.
An inside leg kick from Walter misses.
Walter connects with a high kick.
Walter fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Bismol.
Walter connects with a leg kick. Bismol looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Walter throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Bismol's head.
Bismol is rocked!
Walter tries a head kick but it misses.
Oh Bismol is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Walter pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Walter avoids a punch combination nicely.
Bismol seems to have got his legs back now.
Bismol throws a right hand that misses
and Walter counters with a head kick.
Walter pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Walter thumps Bismol with a low kick.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bismol throws a hook but Walter avoids it easily.
Bismol throws a lazy right hand but Walter sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Walter throws a leg kick but Bismol sees it coming and moves out of range.
Bismol throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Walter pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Walter misses with a head kick.
Walter tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Walter goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Walter lands a brutal head kick. Bismol looks out on his feet and Walter throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick and Punches). Steven Walter!
