Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are William Gold, Paul Tew and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Green has managed to clinch.
Green keeps control of Herkings as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Green works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Herkings can't keep his opponent in guard - Green advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Herkings can do anything to dispel that myth.
Green wants to control but Herkings is keeping him busy.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Green connects with a nice short shot to Herkings's temple.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Herkings really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Green. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
