Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mainto Neproski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Wheeler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Neproski's entrance music is Bohemian Rhapsody. A fine choice. Wheeler is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Don't Damn Me. Mainto Neproski has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Mike Wheeler! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Ackerman and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Neproski misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Neproski keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Wheeler has his takedown stuffed and Neproski counters with a crisp one two that drops Wheeler! Neproski thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Wheeler to his feet! Wheeler is in big trouble! This has been an exciting period of action! A slow jab from Neproski misses its intended target. Wheeler moves out of range of the strikes. Neproski lands a glancing blow to the side of Wheeler's head. Neproski rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Wheeler counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Neproski wants to stand and escape but Wheeler is having none of it. Wheeler stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Neproski swivels though and keeps the full guard. Neproski wants to stand up but Wheeler is controlling him. Neproski tries to land a sweep but no joy. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wheeler trying to control the position from guard on top but Neproski is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Neproski looking for a sweep. Not yet Neproski, not yet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wheeler trying to control but Neproski is working from the bottom. Neproski on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Neproski tries to get out of the position. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Wheeler pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Neproski is keeping the position for now. Neproski utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Neproski wants to sweep but no luck.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. A big left from Neproski misses. Wheeler defending well as Neproski loads up on a big left hand. Neproski throws a nice looking combination but Wheeler bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Wheeler. Neproski throws an overhand right that lands on Wheeler's shoulder, as Wheeler tries to avoid the shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Wheeler misses with a takedown and Neproski counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Mainto Neproski has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Wheeler. Neproski missing with a left hand there. Wheeler was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Neproski darts in trying to clinch and Wheeler counters with a nice double leg into side control. Neproski won't be happy with that. Neproski is trying to control Wheeler's posture but Wheeler avoids it. Wheeler trying to control the position but Neproski is working away. Wheeler goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Neproski has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Wheeler but great work by Neproski. Wheeler is looking to regain half guard here but Neproski keeps moving and retains side control. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! A lull in the action here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Neproski stands up. Wheeler scores with a takedown into Neproski's guard. Wheeler throws a big right hand that misses. Wheeler passes Neproski's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Wheeler is trying to control. Neproski wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Neproski scores with a few weak punches. Wheeler prevents Neproski from standing back up.
Wheeler is trying to work for a kimura but Neproski is defending well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wheeler slows the pace down in half guard. Neproski knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wheeler on the ground. Neproski won't allow Wheeler to pass to mount. Wheeler is looking for a kimura but Neproski is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Wheeler to get the leverage. Neproski wants to get back to his feet.
Neproski is not content to let Wheeler control the position. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Wheeler prevents Neproski from standing back up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Neproski connects with a good right hand that stumbles Wheeler. Wheeler circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Neproski misses with a head kick.

and Wheeler counters with a takedown into side control. Wheeler misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Neproski bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet! Wheeler shoots in for a takedown but Neproski shows good takedown defense. Wheeler gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Neproski misses with a few strikes there.
Neproski forces Wheeler back against the cage and clinches. A hook to the body from Neproski.
Neproski scores with a shoulder strike. Neproski stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
That's one minute gone in the round. Neproski lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Wheeler backwards. Neproski manages to break the clinch.
Mainto Neproski is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Wheeler gets a takedown into half guard. Wheeler wants to control but Neproski is keeping him busy. Wheeler uses his free foot to push down on Neproski's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Neproski. Neproski holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Wheeler tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Neproski in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Neproski is trying desperately to improve position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wheeler working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Wheeler throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Neproski because Wheeler loaded up on that one. Neproski is trying desperately to improve position. Wheeler moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Neproski has worked his arm free - good work by Neproski!

Wheeler tries for a kimura but Neproski is defending well. Neproski isn't going anywhere. Neproski is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Mike Wheeler has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Wheeler working the strikes but Neproski uses the opportunity to regain half guard. Wheeler passes to side control. Wheeler in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Neproski is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
