Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tai Singh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Benedikt Pushkar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Singh comes to the cage accompanied by Mudvayne - Determined. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Benedikt Pushkar! The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Seu Braga and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Singh swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
letting Pushkar counter with a right hand. Pushkar uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Singh.
Singh throws an overhand right that lands on Pushkar's shoulder, as Pushkar tries to avoid the shot. Nice takedown defense from Singh. No joy for Pushkar on that attempt. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Singh fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Pushkar manages to avoid it. Singh misses with a jab, cross combination.
Singh throws a right and a left that Pushkar avoids nicely. Singh misses with a wild combination.

and Pushkar counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Singh! Singh wants to try and get back to his feet. Pushkar controlling the position easily from mount. Singh on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Singh tries to get out of the position. Singh is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.

Singh is trying to stand. Pushkar postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Singh looks a forlorn figure.
Pushkar cracks Singh with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Singh wants to try and get back to his feet. Singh bucks Pushkar off and manages to get back to his feet! Pushkar is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Singh's half guard. Singh is trying to stand up here but Pushkar is controlling him well. Pushkar is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Pushkar stops Singh from getting back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Singh is breathing heavily. Singh avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Pushkar. Pushkar looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Pushkar keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Singh regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Pushkar. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Singh can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Pushkar controls the pace. Pushkar wants to pass the guard but Singh is keeping the position. Pushkar controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Singh wants to get back to his feet but Pushkar is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Benedikt Pushkar has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Pushkar shoots for a double leg takedown but Singh sprawls well. He's pushed Pushkar's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Singh pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Pushkar back to the cage. Singh follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Pushkar shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Singh as he jumps to the side. Tai Singh has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Benedikt Pushkar. Singh slaps away a takedown attempt from Pushkar, before circling back to the center of the mat. A big right from Singh misses. Singh throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Pushkar on the side of the head. Singh throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Singh looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Singh throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Pushkar has closed the distance and engaged Singh in a clinch.
Singh is looking to break free of the clinch but Pushkar has double underhooks. A frustrated look appears on Singh's face as he tries to break the clinch. Pushkar lands a left hand.
Pushkar keeps control of Singh as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Pushkar has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Singh is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Pushkar blocks a body shot from Singh. Pushkar avoiding damage.
Pushkar is trying to drag Singh to the mat but Singh just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Pushkar has Singh pressed against the cage, preventing Singh from circling away and getting back to striking at range. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Singh wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Pushkar has him pressed against the cage. Pushkar scores with a shoulder strike. Singh can't find room to land a body shot as Pushkar controls the action.
Pushkar is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Singh is keeping busy. Singh wants to break the clinch but can't.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's better than Pushkar was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Pushkar looking to control and managing it successfully. Pushkar looking to finish with strikes here!

It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Pushkar manages to end up in side control. Singh wants to get back to his feet. Pushkar looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Singh is avoiding damage well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pushkar is looking to take a break and control but Singh is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Singh wants to get back to his feet but Pushkar drags him back down. Singh trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Benedikt Pushkar has got the better of the ground game so far. Pushkar trying to control the position but Singh is working away.

Benedikt Pushkar showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Benedikt Pushkar's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Pushkar has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Singh down to the mat. Singh avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Singh tries to bum rush Pushkar with a series of wild strikes but Pushkar uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Singh looks to score with a jab to the body but Pushkar is just out of range. Tai Singh is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Singh throws a series of punches but Pushkar avoids them all with ease. Singh takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Singh throws a nice looking combination but Pushkar bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Singh lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Pushkar circles away quickly and effectively. Pushkar gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Singh wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Singh is looking to break free of the clinch but Pushkar has double underhooks. Pushkar is trying to trip Singh. He has hold of a leg but Singh is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Pushkar persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Singh wants to stand up but Pushkar is controlling him. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Pushkar controls the pace of the fight for a moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pushkar wants to control from the top but Singh keeps moving.

Singh gets caught flat footed, as Pushkar shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Pushkar won't allow Singh to get back to his feet. Pushkar is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Singh wants to get back to his feet but Pushkar is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Pushkar trying to control but Singh is working from the bottom. Singh might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Pushkar lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Singh is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pushkar controls from within his opponent's guard. Tai Singh has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Singh has his feet on Pushkar's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Singh throws a body punch but Pushkar moves out of range. Pushkar gets a clinch. Pushkar scores with a nice hook to the head. Pushkar pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Pushkar drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Singh wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Pushkar has picked Singh up - he's going for a ride! Pushkar dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Singh pushes Pushkar off and gets back to his feet. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Singh swings widly with a right hand
and Pushkar counters with a nice double leg into half guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Singh flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
And that's the end of the fight! Benedikt Pushkar comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Pushkar winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
