Letters comes to the cage accompanied by ABC 123. Brock Letters could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to David Vojnovic's chin.

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Emerson Jorge and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Letters fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Vojnovic sprawls well initially but Letters persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Vojnovic keeps control of the position for the meantime.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Vojnovic wants to control but Letters is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Letters missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.

Letters takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Letters is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Vojnovic is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Vojnovic has escaped and now he's on top!
Vojnovic throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Letters works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Letters holds on and takes a little breather.

Letters has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Vojnovic can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Brock Letters.
Well Letters has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
