Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mclovin Junior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Jitz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jitz has chosen Sleepwalking by Blindside as his entrance music. Jake Jitz will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Mclovin Junior! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Jake Jitz! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Sam Margolis and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Junior loads up on a big right hand but Jitz slips the punch. Jitz connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Jitz feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Juniors jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Junior swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Jitz keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Junior darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Jitz flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Junior is trying to work for a kimura but Jitz is defending well.
Junior perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Junior trying to control from Jitz's half guard. Jitz has other ideas though and has regained full guard. Jitz working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Junior. Junior throwing strikes but missing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jitz keeping moving, preventing Junior from controlling successfully. Jitz is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Jitz has his foot on Junior's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Junior works his way back into a safe position though. Junior trying to control the position from guard on top but Jitz is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Jitz wants to sweep here but Junior controlling him for the moment. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Jitz keeping moving, preventing Junior from controlling successfully.
Mclovin Junior has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Junior throws a big shot that misses. Jitz gets tackled into the cage by Junior. Junior maintains the clinch. Junior manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Junior doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

Jitz stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Junior swivels though and keeps the full guard. Junior throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Junior is pulling down on Jitz's head. It's preventing any offense from Jitz, at least for the moment. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jitz wants to pass the guard but Junior is keeping the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Junior working a defensive guard but Jitz manages to pass into side control anyway.
Junior wants to control but Jitz postures up. Jitz trying to control the action but Junior is working from the bottom. Junior tries to bench press Jitz off him but Jitz keeps the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Junior gets back to half guard. Jitz is looking for a kimura here.

That was a close round but I would say that Mclovin Junior will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Junior gets a takedown into half guard. Junior throws a strike but Jitz avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Junior has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Jitz keeping moving, preventing Junior from controlling successfully. Jitz is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Jitz is trying to control the position but Junior postures up. Junior working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Junior trying to control but Jitz is working from the bottom. Jitz is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Junior defends well.

Junior sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Jitz's guard. Junior is thwarting Jitz's attempts to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Junior slows the pace down in half guard. Junior is working for a kimura but Jitz is defending it quite comfortably.
Junior looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Jitz regains full guard. Nicely done.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Junior throws a big right hand that misses. Junior sitting in guard, not really doing much. Junior trying to control the position from guard on top but Jitz is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Junior controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Junior trying to control but Jitz is working from the bottom. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Mclovin Junior dominated that second round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Jitz throws a jab but it's blocked by Junior. Jake Jitz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Junior looks to land a left hand but Jitz moved out of range nicely. Jitz displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Junior throws out the jab. Jitz thuds a left hand into Junior's body. Junior throws a lazy uppercut
and Jitz counters with a nice uppercut. Junior throws a right hand that Jitz ducks under and follows up with a left that Jitz also avoids with ease. Junior moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Junior takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Junior tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Jitz paws at him with a jab and circles away. Jitz just misses with a punch to the body.
Nice uppercut there from Jitz. Junior closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Jitz is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Jitz is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. An elbow from Junior crashes against the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round. Junior goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Jitz rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Junior's guard! Nice work there by Jitz! Jitz pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Junior is keeping the position for now. Junior is looking for a triangle but Jitz pushes his legs off easily.

Junior looking to hit a scissor sweep but Jitz is one step ahead there. Jitz trying to control the position from guard on top but Junior is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Junior wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Jitz is now in half guard. Junior is refusing to be controlled, as Jitz sits in half guard. Junior makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Junior. Junior keeping full guard, as Jitz tries to pass.

Jitz wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Junior, who protects the arm well. Junior struggling a bit here. Mclovin Junior is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Junior tries to buck Jitz off but Jitz is having none of it. Junior sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Junior manages to get to full guard.
Junior has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jitz can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Junior keeping moving, preventing Jitz from controlling successfully. Jake Jitz has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Junior working a defensive guard here.
And that's the end of the fight! Jake Jitz comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Junior has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
