Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nick Mc Frost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mick Helm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mc Frost comes to the cage accompanied by Jol. This should be a great matchup!

Helm changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mc Frost tries to avoid it but Helm manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mc Frost to the ground. Mc Frost escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

That was a close second round but I would say that Nick Mc Frost will probably get the nod.
