Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Simo Silakka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gypsy Gusmao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gypsy Gusmao!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Wagner Zegers and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gusmao throws a lazy body kick
letting Silakka counter with a right hand.
Gusmao looks to score with a jab to the body but Silakka is just out of range.
Silakka with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
A solid leg kick lands there for Silakka.
Silakka defending well as Gusmao loads up on a big left hand.
Gusmao misses with a body shot
and Silakka counters with a thumping low kick.
Gusmao looks gassed!
Silakka keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Silakka lands a big head kick that sends Gusmao tumbling to the mat! Silakka takes a step backwards and waves Gusmao back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Gusmao is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Silakka delivers a nice body kick.
Gusmao is still on wobbly legs! Can Silakka finish him?
Silakka scores with a head kick.
Silakka lands a brutal head kick. Gusmao looks out on his feet and Silakka throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
