The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salamanca gets caught flat footed, as Lebedev shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Salamanca is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Salamanca prevents Lebedev from improving his position.
Lebedev preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.
Salamanca is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Lebedev sees it coming and defends easily.

Lebedev is looking for a sweep. Salamanca is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Salamanca wants to take a breather but Lebedev is having none of it.
Lebedev is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Salamanca's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Salamanca's back!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Salamanca looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.

Lebedev doesn't have the hooks in and Salamanca manages to turn into his guard.

Salamanca drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Lebedev dives on top into guard.

Oh but Salamanca is tightening it up a little... Lebedev has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Lebedev reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Lebedev taps out! nice BJJ there by Salamanca!
