Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rampage Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeremiah Riggs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rampage Jackson could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jeremiah Riggs's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rampage Jackson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jeremiah Riggs! The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Alyssa Summers and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Riggs is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Jackson's half guard. Riggs controlling the action here. Riggs wants to free his trapped foot but Jackson is holding on for dear life with his legs. Jackson is staying active underneath Riggs, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Jackson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Riggs tries to pass the half guard into mount. Jackson knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Jeremiah Riggs. Riggs slips a jab and a cross from Jackson.
Riggs lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jackson circles away quickly and effectively. A solid body kick from Jackson. Jackson fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Jackson throws a sloppy body shot
and Riggs counters with a takedown into side control. Riggs wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Jackson, who protects the arm well. This has been an exciting period of action! Riggs has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Riggs looks gassed! Jackson throws a head kick that misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jackson takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Jackson pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Riggs scores with a takedown into Jackson's guard. Riggs passes Jackson's left leg - he's now in half guard. Riggs is trying to work for a kimura but Jackson is defending well.
Riggs uses his free foot to push down on Jackson's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Jackson.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Riggs controlling his opponent. Riggs working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Riggs controlling his opponent. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Riggs is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Jackson can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jeremiah Riggs dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Riggs drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Riggs is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Jackson has escaped the position, nice work there. Riggs is trying to get an arm triangle but Jackson is defending well. Jeremiah Riggs has got the better of the ground game so far. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Riggs is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Riggs working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Riggs tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Riggs has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Riggs is trying to get an arm triangle but Jackson is defending well. Riggs in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Jackson is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
