Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Chris Edwards and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McMahon takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
It looks like Patrick McMahon has been cut.
McMahon swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
A punch combination from Manuwa misses.
Manuwa misses with a double jab.
Manuwa fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with McMahon, pushing him back against the cage.
Manuwa breaks from the clinch.
Manuwa gets in close and instigates a clinch.
McMahon is trying to push Manuwa away but Manuwa has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Manuwa with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
A frustrated look appears on Manuwa's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Manuwa digs a right hand into McMahon's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on McMahon's gas tank.

Manuwa throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but McMahon blocks it with crossed arms.

McMahon lands a head kick. Manuwa smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Manuwa fakes high and swings low for a body shot but McMahon manages to avoid it.
Manuwa is breathing heavily.
McMahon thows a body kick. Manuwa tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Jimi Manuwa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Manuwa tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. McMahon manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

McMahon thuds his shin into the meat of Manuwa's side.

McMahon lands with a kick to the temple. Manuwa shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

McMahon feints a jab promting Manuwa to slip. McMahon then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Manuwa slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
McMahon lands a nice looking kick to the body. Manuwa takes a step back to recover.
McMahon connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
McMahon throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Manuwa.

Manuwa moves in looking to clinch but McMahon pushes him off.

Jimi Manuwa's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
McMahon throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
McMahon lands with a good body shot.
McMahon pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Manuwa back to the cage. McMahon follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Jeez, Jimi Manuwa's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
McMahon tries a head kick but it misses.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Manuwa takes one to the side of the head.
Manuwa shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as McMahon sprawls well. McMahon wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Manuwa gets slowly back to his feet.
McMahon cracks Manuwa with an open hand slap.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Manuwa's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Manuwa takes a head kick and keeps coming.

McMahon throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Manuwa jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as McMahon walks away with a smile on his face. Manuwa gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Manuwa fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with McMahon, pushing him back against the cage.
McMahon pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

and McMahon counters with a series of strikes. Manuwa will be more careful next time no doubt.
Patrick McMahon is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
