Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between James Gericho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles Knight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, James Gericho! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Charles Knight! The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Damien Edna and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Knight tries to clinch but Gericho moves away and Gericho counters with a straight right hand. Sloppy strikes from Gericho. Those never looked like landing. Knight fails in his attempt to clinch. Gericho scores with a decent looking hook. Gericho circles away from the clinch attempt and Gericho connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Gericho cracks a nice hook into Knight's ribs. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Gericho throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Gericho lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Knight can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Gericho and Knight drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Gericho.
