The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ahkmed gets a clinch.

Ahkmed has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Henderson regains guard immediately.
Ahkmed works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Henderson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ahkmed on the ground.
Henderson is trying to get back to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Henderson wants to improve his position but Ahkmed is controlling well.
Ahkmed lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Ahkmed jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Henderson manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Ahkmed is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Henderson looks calm but he's in trouble here. Ahkmed gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Henderson is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Ahkmed lets go of the hold and Henderson can pop his arm back in it's socket.
