Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Dmitry Maklakov and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Falardo throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Falardo misses with a shot to the body
and Lapid counters with a stiff right hand.
Lapid swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Oooooh!!! Lapid has knocked Falardo down with a huge combo! Lapid steps away and waves a wobbly Falardo back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Falardo is rocked!
Lapid throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Falardo is still on wobbly legs! Can Lapid finish him?
Falardo throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Lapid was covering up waiting for the punch and Falardo finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Falardo trying to control the position from guard on top but Lapid is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Falardo accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Falardo seems to have recovered his senses.
Falardo has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Falardo pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Lapid is keeping the position for now.
Falardo wants to control from the top but Lapid keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Falardo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lapid swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Falardo slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Carlos Falardo wasn't active enough on the ground.
Falardo misses with a looping left.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Lapid avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Falardo throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Lapid counters with a solid body kick.
Lapid tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Falardo was well out of range. Poor timing from Lapid.
Falardo throws a poor cross that misses
and Lapid counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Lito Lapid is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Falardo moves out of range as Lapid throws a body kick.
Falardo shoots and misses
and Lapid counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Falardo looks gassed!
Lapid lands a leg kick that knocks Falardo off balance momentarily.
Lapid scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Falardo takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Falardo walks into a stiff left hand from Lapid.
Lapid throws a nice outside leg kick.
Falardo looks up at the clock. Bad move! Lapid lands a right hand from hell, dropping Falardo. Lapid pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lito Lapid!
