Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kimo Leonardo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrew Ellis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leonardo comes to the cage accompanied by Amazing. Ellis has chosen Nightmare as his entrance music. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Kimo Leonardo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Andrew Ellis! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Atkins and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ellis throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Leonardo. Leonardo closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Ellis did well to prevent Leonardo getting side control. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Leonardo lands with a punch from half guard. Leonardo is looking to pass Ellis's guard but actually Ellis recovers to full guard. Leonardo thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Leonardo with a nice head shot there. Leonardo tries to free his leg and advance position but Ellis is retaining full guard. Ellis keeping moving, preventing Leonardo from controlling successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Leonardo looking to pass the guard. Leonardo thows a big elbow that misses. Leonardo thows a big elbow that misses. Leonardo drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Ellis manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Leonardo has Ellis in his guard. Ellis preventing the sweep. Leonardo manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Leonardo swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Ellis is now in Leonardo's guard. A big mistake from Leonardo there, giving up the dominant position!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Leonardo throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Leonardo lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Ellis! Leonardo working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Leonardo lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Leonardo cracks Ellis with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Leonardo working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Leonardo misses with a head shot. Leonardo looking to finish Ellis with some ground and pound. This is bad for Ellis! A nice elbow there by Leonardo.
It looks like Andrew Ellis has been cut. Leonardo moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Ellis has worked his arm free - good work by Ellis!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ellis managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Leonardo.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Leonardo scores with punches from side control. Leonardo scores with a couple of short elbows. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Leonardo working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Sloppy strikes there by Leonardo. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Leonardo is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Ellis is trying to escape and Leonardo transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Ellis is forced to tap! Nice work there by Leonardo! Very nice indeed!
