The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henning throws a leg kick
enabling Powers to counter with a crisp jab.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Henning shoots for a double leg takedown but Powers sprawls well. He's pushed Henning's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Powers cracks Henning with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Powers has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Henning to stand back up!

Henning is rocked!
Powers scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Henning doesn't seem bothered though.
Henning looks gassed!
Powers fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Henning to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Henning looks to clinch but Powers throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Henning taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
